"Exchange and Return Policy

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The AlpinePulse team is always committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

Please observe the following conditions:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, i.e., in the same condition as received;
- The product must be returned with intact labels (or protectors), manuals, and all original accessories.

We do not exchange products for incorrect sizes. We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to ensure correct size selection.

According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, we are not legally obligated to exchange products due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other circumstance.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Please send an email to contact@alpinepulse.com.br and provide the following information:

- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email used for the purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- VIDEO DEMONSTRATING THE DEFECT.

Once all issues related to the product return are confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and proceed with the refund of the product price and shipping cost.
